Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #554, Paul J. Ray, of Tennessee, to be Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs, Office of Management and Budget.

At 11:00am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Ray nomination. Absent an agreement, if cloture is invoked there would then be up to 2 hours of post-cloture debate time followed by a vote on confirmation of the nomination.
