The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, February 11, 2020.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #562, Andrew Lynn Brasher, of Alabama, to be US Circuit Judge for the Eleventh Circuit, post-cloture.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
At 2:15pm, all post cloture time on the Brasher nomination will expire and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination. Upon its disposition, there will then be cloture votes on the Kindred, Schelp, Kness, and Halpern nominations.
