The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, February 25, 2020.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #384, Robert Anthony Molloy, of the Virgin Islands, to be Judge for the District Court of the Virgin Islands, post-cloture. At 11:30am, there will be 3 roll call votes on (1) confirmation of the Molloy nomination and the motion to invoke cloture on the (2) Carreno-Coll and (3) MacGregor nominations.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
At 3:30pm, the Senate will vote on the following in the order listed:
1. Motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Calendar #420, S.3275, A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to protect pain-capable unborn children, and for other purposes (Graham)
2. Motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Calendar #17, S.311, to prohibit a health care practitioner from failing to exercise the proper degree of care in the case of a child who survives an abortion or an attempted abortion (Sasse)
3. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #491, Silvia Carreno-Coll, of Puerto Rico, to be United States District Judge for the District of Puerto Rico
4. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #569, Katharine MacGregor, of Pennsylvania, to be Deputy Secretary of the Interior
5. Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #416, Travis Greaves, of the District of Columbia, to be a Judge of the United States Tax Court
