The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Thursday, March 5, 2020.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #357, S.2657, the American Energy Innovation Act.
At 11:15am, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of H.R.6074, making emergency supplemental appropriations (Coronavirus). The only amendment in order will be the Paul amendment #1506, with 20 minutes of debate prior to Noon under the control of Senator Paul or his designee.
At 12:00 Noon, the Senate will vote in relation to the Paul amendment, and upon disposition of the Paul amendment, the time until 1:45pm will be equally divided between the two Leaders or their designees. At 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on passage of the bill, as amended, if amended, with a 60-affirmative vote threshold required for passage; the last 10 minutes of debate will be under the control of Senators Leahy and Shelby.
