Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R.748, the legislative vehicle for COVID III.

As a reminder, during Friday’s session Senator McConnell moved to proceed to H.R.748 and filed cloture on the motion to proceed. By the rules, tomorrow, Saturday, is the intervening day and the vote on the motion to proceed will happen as early as one hour after the Senate convenes on Sunday.
