Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to proceed to H.R.748, the legislative vehicle for phase III of the COVID response.

During Monday’s session of the Senate, Senator McConnell filed cloture on the motion to proceed to H.R.748. If no agreement is reached, that cloture vote would occur one hour after the Senate convenes on Wednesday.
