By unanimous consent during today’s pro forma session, we added a pro forma session for 4:00pm tomorrow, Tuesday, April 21, with no business being conducted. If an agreement on COVID 3.5 comes together, we could pass the bill by unanimous consent as early as tomorrow.

When the Senate adjourns on Thursday, April 30, it will next convene at 3:00pm on Monday, May 4, 2020.
On Monday, May 4, following Leader remarks, the Senate will consider Executive Calendar #556, Robert J. Feitel, of Maryland, to be Inspector General, Nuclear Regulatory Commission. At 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Feitel nomination.
