The Senate stands adjourned until 3:00pm on Monday, May 11. Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #339, Troy D. Edgar, of California, to be Chief Financial Officer, Department of Homeland Security. At 5:30pm, there will be a cloture vote on the Montgomery nomination (DHS).

Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:

1.      Executive Calendar #547 Brian D. Montgomery, of Texas, to be Deputy Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.

2.      Executive Calendar #339, Troy D. Edgar, of California, to be Chief Financial Officer, Department of Homeland Security; and

5:30pm on Monday-1 roll call vote

1.      Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #547 Brian D. Montgomery, of Texas, to be Deputy Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.
