The Senate will convene at 3:00pm on Monday, May 18, 2020.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #564, Scott H. Rash, of Arizona, to be United States District Judge for the District of Arizona. At 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Rash nomination.
During Thursday’s session of the Senate, Senator McConnell filed cloture on the following nominations:
1. Executive Calendar #564, Scott H. Rash, of Arizona, to be United States District Judge for the District of Arizona;
2. Executive Calendar #640, James E. Trainor III, of Texas, to be a Member of the Federal Election Commission;
3. Executive Calendar #600, Anna M. Manasco, of Alabama, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Alabama;
4. Executive Calendar #601, John F. Heil III, of Oklahoma, to be United States District Judge for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma; and
5. Executive Calendar #602, John Leonard Badalamenti, of Florida, to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida.
