Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #564, Scott H. Rash, of Arizona, to be United States District Judge for the District of Arizona, post-cloture.
At 11:45am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Rash nomination.
Following disposition of the Rash nomination, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
At 2:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Trainor nomination (FEC).
If cloture is invoked on the Trainor nomination, at 4:30pm, all post-cloture time will be considered expired, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Trainor nomination.
