Following Leader remarks, the
Senate will proceed to the consideration of Executive Calendar #653, John L.
Ratcliffe, of Texas, to be Director of National Intelligence.
At 12:00 noon, the Senate
will vote on confirmation of the Ratcliffe nomination.
Following disposition of the
Ratcliffe nomination, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar
#602, John Leonard Badalamenti, of Florida, to be United States District Judge
for the Middle District of Florida.
At 1:30pm, the Senate will
vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Badalamenti nomination.
If cloture is invoked, the
Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination at 5:30pm on Monday, June 1st.
