The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, June 24, 2020.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #717, Cory T. Wilson, of Mississippi, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Fifth Circuit, post-cloture.
The time until 11:30am is equally divided between the two Leaders or their designees.
At 11:30am, all post-cloture time will be considered expired, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Wilson nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to proceed to Calendar #480, S.3985, JUSTICE Act.
