The Senate stands adjourned until 9:30am on Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #483, S.4049: National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021.
No roll call votes are currently scheduled but are possible during Wednesday’s session as discussions on amendments to the NDAA bill continue.
As a reminder, during Tuesday’s session Senator McConnell filed cloture on Executive Calendar #718, Russell Vought, to be Director of the Office of Management and Budget. By the rules, the vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination will be one hour after the Senate convenes on Thursday, July 2nd.
