Following Leader remarks, the Senate will enter Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #718, Russell Vought, to be Director of the Office of Management and Budget. At 1:30pm, the cloture motion filed on the Vought nomination will ripen and the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture.
