Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of S.4049, National Defense Authorization Act.

At 10:00am, we expect to dispose of any pending germane amendments, a roll call vote on adoption of Inhofe substitute amendment #2301, as amended, and a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on S.4049, NDAA, as amended.

Senator McConnell intends to complete consideration of the bill during Thursday’s session. Following disposition of NDAA, there would be an immediate roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #643, William Scott Hardy, of Pennsylvania, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
