Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration Executive Calendar #711, Mark Wesley Menezes, of Virginia, to be Deputy Secretary of Energy, post-cloture.

At 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Menezes nomination.

The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
