The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, September 9, 2020.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #77, Brett H. Ludwig, of Wisconsin, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, post-cloture. At 11:15am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Ludwig nomination and cloture on the Wiegand and Jarbou nominations.

The Senate will recess following the vote on the Jarbou nomination until 2:15pm.

At 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Wiegand nomination and on cloture on the Cullen and Gujarati nominations.

1.     Confirmation of Executive Calendar #771, Brett H. Ludwig, of Wisconsin, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

2.     Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #772, Christy Criswell Wiegand, of Pennsylvania, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

3.     Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #811, Hala Y. Jarbou, of Michigan, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Michigan.

Wednesday at 2:15pm – 3 roll call votes:

1.     Confirmation of Executive Calendar #772, Christy Criswell Wiegand, of Pennsylvania, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

2.     Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #646, Thomas T. Cullen, of Virginia, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Virginia.

3.     Motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #358, Diane Gujarati, of New York, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
