The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, September 16, 2020.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #774, Todd Wallace Robinson, of California, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of California, post-cloture. At 11:30am, the Senate will vote on (1) confirmation of the Robinson nomination and on the motion to invoke cloture on the (2) Dugan and (3) McGlynn nominations.

If cloture is invoked on either nomination, at 3:30pm the Senate will vote on confirmation of the (1) Dugan and (2) McGlynn nominations, and on the motion to invoke cloture on the (3) Johnston nomination.

Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:
