Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #814, Iain D. Johnston, of Illinois, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois, post-cloture.
At 11:30am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #816, Franklin Ulyses Valderrama, of Illinois to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois. If cloture is invoked, the Senate will immediately vote on confirmation of the Valderrama nomination. Upon disposition of the Valderrama nomination, the Senate will resume consideration of the Johnston nomination to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois.
At 1:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Johnston nomination.
