The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Thursday, September 24, 2020.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #815, Roderick C. Young, of Virginia, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia, post-cloture.

At a time to be determined Thursday, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Young nomination.

Floor action on H.R.8337, the Continuing Resolution, is expected prior to the end of the fiscal year. Another message will be sent as more is known about the remainder of this week’s vote schedule.
