The Senate stands in recess until 12:00 Noon on Sunday, October 25, 2020.

When the Senate reconvenes, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #890, Amy Coney Barrett, of Indiana, to be an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.

At 1:00pm, there will be a live mandatory quorum call. Once a quorum is established, the roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Barrett nomination will begin.

If cloture is invoked on the Barrett nomination, consideration of the nomination is limited to 30 additional hours.
