Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #566, Stephen A. Vaden, of Tennessee, to be a Judge of the United States Court of International Trade.
At 11:00am, the Senate will vote on cloture on the Vaden nomination.
If cloture is invoked, there will be up to 2 hours of debate prior to a vote on confirmation of the Vaden nomination. Following disposition of the Vaden nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #894, Kathryn Kimball Mizelle, of Florida, to be United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida.
Cloture has also been filed on Executive Calendar #893, Taylor B. McNeel, of Mississippi, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Mississippi.
