Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #761, Christopher Waller, of Minnesota, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, post-cloture.
At 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Waller nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #842, Liam P. Hardy, of Virginia, to be a Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces.
If cloture is invoked on the Hardy nomination, at 1:45pm, all post-cloture time will be considered expired, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination.
