The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Thursday, December 10, 2020.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the conference report to accompany H.R.6395, National Defense Authorization Act.
As a reminder, during Wednesday’s session of the Senate Senator McConnell filed cloture on the conference report to accompany H.R.6395, NDAA. The cloture vote would occur 1 hour after the Senate convenes on Friday, December 11th unless an agreement is reached.
We also expect to deal with the CR before the end of the week.
Senators will be notified when votes are expected.
