The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Wednesday, December 16, 2020.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #932, Katherine A. Crytzer, of Tennessee, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee, post-cloture.

At 11:30am, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Crytzer nomination. Following disposition of the Crytzer nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Dawson nomination (SC District Judge).

Cloture has been filed on the following nominations:

1.      Executive Calendar #932, Katherine A. Crytzer, of Tennessee, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee (cloture invoked on 12/15)

2.      Executive Calendar #933, Joseph Dawson III, of South Carolina, to be United States District Judge for the District of South Carolina

3.      Executive Calendar #934, Charles Edward Atchley, Jr., of Tennessee, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee

4.      Executive Calendar #935, Zachary N. Somers, of the District of Columbia, to be a Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims

Additional roll call votes are expected during Wednesday’s session in relation to the pending nominations.

1. Confirmation of Executive Calendar #932, Katherine A. Crytzer, of Tennessee, to be United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee
