The Senate stands adjourned until 10:00am on Thursday, January 28, 2021.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with Senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each.

At 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #4, Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, of the District of Columbia, to be Secretary of Homeland Security.

If cloture is invoked on the Mayorkas nomination, the confirmation vote will occur at 5:30pm on Monday, February 1^st.
