Following the prayer and pledge, the Senate will resume the impeachment trial of former President Donald John Trump. The former presidents’ lawyers and House managers will deliver closing arguments for up to 4 hours, equally divided.
Upon the use or yielding back of that time, the Senate will vote on Article I: Incitement of Insurrection. Is the respondent, Donald John Trump, guilty or not guilty? Senators should respond either guilty or not guilty when his or her name is called.
