Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of Executive Calendar #131, Zahid N. Quraishi, of New Jersey, to be US District Judge for the District of New Jersey.

Cloture has been filed on Executive Calendar #131, Zahid N. Quraishi, of New Jersey, to be US District Judge for the District of New Jersey and Executive Calendar #129, Ketanji Brown Jackson, of the District of Columbia, to be US Circuit Judge for the DC Circuit. Absent an agreement, the first cloture vote – on the Quraishi nomination – will be 1 hour after the Senate convenes on Thursday.
