Following Leader remarks, the Senate will be in a period of morning business with senators permitted to speak therein for up to 10 minutes each. At 5:00pm, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of Executive Calendar #129, Ketanji Brown Jackson, of the District of Columbia, to be US Circuit Judge for the DC Circuit, post-cloture.
At 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Jackson nomination followed by a cloture vote on Executive Calendar #119, Lina M. Khan, of New York, to be a Federal Trade Commissioner.
