Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of S.1251, the Growing Climate Solutions Act, as provided under the previous order.
At approximately 11:00am, the Senate will vote on Lee amendment #2119 (substitute) to the bill. Following disposition of the amendment, the Senate will vote on passage of S.1251, as amended, if amended. There will be 2 minutes of debate equally divided prior to each vote.
Following disposition of the bill, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #128, Candace Jackson-Akiwumi, of Illinois, to be United States Circuit Judge for the 7th Circuit.
At approximately 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Jackson-Akiwumi nomination.
