The Senate stands adjourned until 12:00 noon on Monday, August 9, 2021.

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of H.R.3684, Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, post-cloture.

By unanimous consent, all time during recess, adjournment, or period of morning business, count post-cloture on the bill.

Once the post-cloture time is used, yielded back, or further agreement is reached, the Senate will vote on passage of the bill as amended. Following disposition of the bill, Senator Schumer is expected to move to proceed to the Budget resolution, and the Senate would vote on that motion.
