Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #231, Margaret Irene Strickland, of New Mexico, to be United States District Judge for the District of New Mexico. By unanimous consent, the cloture motion on the Strickland nomination will ripen at 11:30am on Tuesday, September 21st.
The next roll call vote will be at 5:30pm on Monday, September 20th, on confirmation of Executive Calendar #251, Veronica S. Rossman, of Colorado, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Tenth Circuit.
Cloture has been filed on the following items:
1. Motion to proceed to Calendar #77, S.2093, For the People Act of 2021.
