Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #336, Paloma Adams-Allen, of the District of Columbia, to be Deputy Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development.

We hope to clear the 30-day surface transportation extension during Saturday’s session.
