Schedule for pro forma sessions and Monday, October 18, 2021
The
Senate stands adjourned for
pro forma sessions only with no business conducted on the following dates and
times:
Friday, October 8th at 11:30am
Tuesday, October 12th at 12:00 noon
Thursday, October 14th at 5:00pm
When the Senate adjourns on Thursday October 14th, it will next convene at 3:00pm on Monday, October 18th.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #261, Christine P. O'Hearn, of New Jersey, to be United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey.
At 5:30pm, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #259, Gustavo A. Gelpi, of Puerto Rico, to be United States Circuit Judge for the First Circuit, and immediately vote on confirmation of the nomination.
Cloture has been filed on Executive Calendar #261, Christine P. O'Hearn, of New Jersey, to be United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey. That cloture motion will ripen at 11:30am on Tuesday, October 19th.
