The
Senate stands adjourned until
10:00am on Tuesday, October 19, 2021.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #261, Christine P. O'Hearn, of New Jersey, to be United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey.
At 11:30am, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the O’Hearn nomination. Following the cloture vote the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
At 2:20pm, there will be a roll call vote on confirmation of the O’Hearn nomination. Additional roll call votes in relation to discharging nomination(s) are expected during Tuesday’s session of the Senate.

2. Motion to proceed to Calendar #125, S.2747, Freedom to Vote Act
Those cloture motions will ripen on Wednesday, October 20th.
