6:46pm the Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on the motion to discharge Jennifer Sung, of Oregon, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit, from the Judiciary Committee.

Agreed to: 49-49, with the Vice President voting in the affirmative.
