Senate stands adjourned until
10:00am on Thursday, November 4, 2021.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #312, Robert Luis Santos, of Texas, to be Director of the Census for a term expiring December 31, 2026.
At 11:00am, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of Executive Calendar #352, Michael Connor, of Colorado, to be an Assistant Secretary of the Army and vote on confirmation of the nomination. Following disposition of the nomination, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the Santos nomination.
If cloture is invoked on the Santos nomination, at approximately 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination.
