Roll call vote: Cloture on the Rosenworcel nomination

5:30pm the Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #567, Jessica Rosenworcel, of Connecticut, to be a Member of the Federal Communications Commission.
