Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #612 Alan Davidson, of Maryland, to be Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Communications and Information, post-cloture.
At approximately 3:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Davidson nomination.
