Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #273, H.R.3076, Postal Service Reform Act.
At 12:00 Noon, the Senate will proceed to the consideration of S.J.Res.32, a joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services relating to "Medicare and Medicaid Programs; Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination".
The time until 2:30pm will be equally divided between the leaders or their designees, and upon the use or yielding back of that time the Senate vote on the resolution.
