Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #282, H.R.4521, America COMPETES Act.

 

At 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Schumer substitute amendment #5002. If cloture is invoked, the amendment will be agreed to and the Senate will vote on passage of H.R.4521, America COMPETES Act, as amended.
