The Senate
stands adjourned until 10:00am on Tuesday, March 29, 2022.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #725, Nani A. Coloretti, to be Deputy Director OMB.
At approximately 11:45am, the Senate will vote on the motion to discharge Lisa DeNell Cook, of Michigan, to be a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, from the Banking Committee. Following that vote, the Senate will vote on cloture on the Coloretti nomination. If cloture is invoked on the Coloretti nomination, all post-cloture time will be considered expired at 5:30pm.
Following the Coloretti cloture vote, the Senate will recess until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
At approximately 2:15pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #791, C.S. Eliot Kang, to be Assistant Secretary of State. If cloture is invoked on the nomination, all post-cloture time will be considered expired following disposition of the Coloretti nomination, and the Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination.
During Monday’s session, Senator Schumer filed cloture on the following nominations:

4. Executive Calendar #718 Susan Tsui Grundmann, of Virginia, to be a Member of the Federal Labor Relations Authority
5. Executive Calendar #717 Cathy Ann Harris, of Maryland, to be a Member of the Merit Systems Protection Board
6. Executive Calendar #716 Cathy Ann Harris, of Maryland, to be Chairman of the Merit Systems Protection Board
