Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Executive Calendar #672 Judith DelZoppo Pryor, of Ohio, to be First Vice President of the Export-Import Bank of the United States.
At approximately 11:45am, the Senate will vote on the motion to discharge Alvaro M. Bedoya, of Maryland, to be a Federal Trade Commissioner, from the Commerce Committee. Following that vote, the Senate will vote on cloture on the Pryor nomination.
At approximately 1:30pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of the Pryor nomination and the motion to invoke cloture on Executive Calendar #764 January Contreras, of Arizona, to be Assistant Secretary for Family Support, Department of Health and Human Services.

Cloture has also been filed on the motion to proceed to Calendar #310, H.R.4373, provides FY2022 appropriations for the Department of State, foreign operations, and related programs (legislative vehicle for COVID funding). Absent an agreement, that cloture motion will ripen one hour after the Senate convenes on Thursday, March 31st.
