10:30am the Senate began a 15 minute roll call vote on the motion to discharge the nomination of Julia Ruth Gordon, of Maryland, to be an Assistant Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, from the Banking Committee.

Agreed to: 50-50, with the Vice President voting in the affirmative.
