The Senate

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session and resume consideration of Executive Calendar #860, Ketanji Brown Jackson, to be Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
At 11:45am, the Senate will execute the previous order with respect to Executive Calendar #783, James C. O'Brien, of Nebraska, to be Head of the Office of Sanctions Coordination, with the rank of Ambassador, and vote on confirmation of the nomination.
Additional roll call votes are possible during Wednesday’s session.
Cloture has been filed on the nomination of Ketanji Brown Jackson. Absent an agreement, the cloture vote would occur one hour after the Senate convenes on Thursday.
