The Senate

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the motion to discharge the nomination of Mary T. Boyle, of Maryland, to be a Commissioner of the Consumer Product Safety Commission, from the Commerce Committee.
At approximately 12:00 noon, the Senate will vote on the motion to discharge the Boyle nomination. Following that vote, we expect a second roll call vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #718 Susan Tsui Grundmann, of Virginia, to be a Member of the Federal Labor Relations Authority.
Around 1:45pm, we expect a roll call vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #807 Jerome H. Powell, of Maryland, to be Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System for a term of four years.
There is an effort to reach an agreement to consider H.R.7691, Ukraine emergency supplemental appropriations, during Thursday’s session. Additional roll call votes are possible. Senators will be notified as votes are scheduled.
