Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #388, H.R.3967, Honoring our PACT Act.
At approximately 1:45pm, the Senate will vote on confirmation of Executive Calendar #728 Samuel Bagenstos, of Michigan, to be General Counsel of the Department of Health and Human Services.
Discussions are ongoing with respect to the PACT Act. Additional roll call votes are possible prior to the scheduled 1:45pm vote on Thursday. Another message will be sent if additional votes are scheduled.
