Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of Calendar #388, H.R.3967, Honoring our PACT Act.
As a result of cloture having been filed, the filing deadline for 1st degree amendments to the substitute amendment #5051 and the underlying bill is 4:00pm.
At approximately 5:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the substitute amendment #5051 to H.R.3967.
Discussions are ongoing with respect to the consideration of amendments to the PACT Act.
