The
Senate stands adjourned
until 10:00am on Tuesday, July 26, 2022.
Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume consideration of the Message accompanying S.3373, the legislative vehicle for the Honoring Our PACT Act. During last Thursday’s session, Senator Schumer moved to concur in the House amendment to the bill and filled the amendment tree. During Monday’s session, Senator Schumer filed cloture on the motion to concur.
At approximately 11:00am, we expect to return to the CHIPS+ legislation and begin a roll call vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur in the House Message with substitute amendment #5135 (re: CHIPS+) to H.R.4346. Another message will be sent when more information is available.
The Senate will recess from 12:30pm until 2:15pm to allow for the weekly caucus meetings.
Additional roll call votes are possible during Tuesday’s session.
Tuesday, July 26th at approx. 11:00am – roll call vote expected:
1. Motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur with Schumer amendment #5135 (re: CHIPS+) with respect to the Message accompany H.R.4346.
