Senate stands adjourned

Following Leader remarks, the Senate will resume the motion to concur in the House Message with substitute amendment #5135 (re: CHIPS+) to H.R.4346. At approximately 11:30am, the Senate will vote on the motion to waive the Budget Act with respect to a Sanders point of order (if raised) and on the motion to concur with an amendment (passage of CHIPS+).
Following disposition of the House Message to accompany H.R.4346, the Senate will resume consideration of the House Message with respect to S.3373 (PACT Act). At approximately 4:30pm, the Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the motion to concur.
